How do I register as a certified drone pilot?
To register as a certified drone pilot, click on the "Register as a Pilot" button and complete the registration process. You'll need to provide your UAS Pilot certification and other required documentation. Our team will verify your credentials and guide you through the onboarding process.

How long does it take to process a service request?
Once we receive your service request, our team will review it within 24-48 hours. The time required to secure necessary permits and authorizations from Aerocivil varies depending on the complexity of the mission and location. We'll provide you with a detailed timeline after reviewing your request.
What types of insurance coverage do you provide?
All flight missions include extracontractual civil liability insurance as required by RAC 100 regulations. The coverage is proportional to the mission's duration and complies with all Aerocivil requirements. Additional coverage options may be available upon request.
